Pichet in Trinity Street has a lovely lunch and dinner menu (and also an early-bird option), everything from the French and Irish cuisine. They call themselves “A Modern Take on a Classic Bistro” and even holds a “Bib Gourmand” award from the Michelin Guide!
Our favourite dish on Pichet’s a la carte dinner menu is their “Salt and Pepper Lobster Burger” with fennel, tomato, Béarnaise and fries! On the booming gourmet burger market, this one really sticks out!
Super Miss Sue Luna is a very popular restaurant and café in Drury Street. Stretched across two floors it offers it’s guests a fantastic surrounding for exquisite food.
Our favourite dish on SMS Luna’s dinner menu is the special “OssoBuccoBomb”, which is 1kg of Veal Shank slow braised overnight served with a citrus boquet garni “fuse”. A very innovative dish for more than one person…
3. Cleaver East
Headchef Oliver Dunne is a perfectionist and guests can feel this in every detail of Cleaver Easts food and dining atmosphere. The ethos of Cleaver East is to deliver the highest standard of food and cuisine at really affordable prices. Located on East Essex Street, it’s a perfect place for a good time in Temple Bar!
Our favourite on Cleaver East’s dinner menu is their “Montgomery Cheddar and Sweetcorn Polenta Cakes” – a lovely vegetarian dish served with onion purée and sweet peppers (amongst plenty of meat and seafood options). It looks and tastes amazing!
Named after the Spanish city Zaragoza, this restaurant spreads real Spanish atmosphere and serves authentic modern Spanish cuisine and Tapas. They’ve taken some local delicacies along with some of Spain’s authentic specialties to create a unique dining experience. Good to know: in true Spanish tradition, they accept food orders as late as 23:00!
Our favourite on Zaragoza’s dinner tapas menu is their “Spanisch Omelette with Onions, Sundried Tomatoes and Goats Cheese”, accompanied with traditional Patatas Bravas!
San Lorenzo’s is a Modern Italian New York Style Restaurant located on Georges Street Great South. They have an original variety of food, fusing a modern Italian approach to cuisine with the hallmarks of New York Style cooking. The atmosphere in San Lorenzo’s is very stylish and modern and the food tastes heavenly!
Our favourite on San Lorenzo’s dinner menu is their “Carne di cero Ragu”, a Wild Wicklow venison bolognese with tagliatelle pasta, Chianti, tomato and parmesan that has all of Italy’s tradition and New York’s innovation in it!
