Coconut oil
Need some healthy oil for cooking and in your juices? Vitacoco coconut oil is the perfect choice. It can be bought in Holland and Barrett and costs 10.79 euro’s per 250ml
Meridian nut butters
Meridian offer a wide range of nut butters, for example coconut and almond, cashew, peanut, and hazelnut flavours. They cost from 4.79 euro’s per 170g and can be bought in all good health stores.
Coconut milk
Biona organic coconut milk is perfect for those who don’t want to consume lactose. It costs 2.99 per 400ml in Nourish.
Fruit and vegetables
Not sure where to get fresh high quality beets, cucumbers, celery and lettuce? Lotts & Co in Beggars Bush and Fallon and Byrne have an excellent range of fruit and vegetables.
Coconut cream
Fancy adding some lovely creaminess to your juices? Biona organic creamed coconut is delicious and costs 3.10 per 200g in Nourish
Honey
Got a sweet tooth? Put down that sugar and use BeeActiv Irish Blossom Honey instead. It costs 6.45 per 227g in Nourish, or try get your hands on some of Dublin Honey Project’s sweet nectar.
Cacao butter
Natasha’s Ecuadorian raw cacao butter is rich, tasty and indulgent. Its expensive at 5.60 per packet in Nourish, but a little goes a long way when it comes to using cacao butter.
