The Gibson Hotel, located in the Point Village beside the 3Arena, have launched their summer BBQ season. For €25 per person you can chow down on a wide range of delectable barbecue dishes while relaxing in their beautiful indoor courtyard or on their heated terrace while gazing over Dublin Port. The spacious hotel has the ability to accommodate a barbecue event for 25-800 people if needs be. Their barbecue menu caters to all taste buds and not just to burger and hot dog lovers. People can choose sticky apricot glazed chicken wings, steak with chimichurri sauce, satay chicken thighs with a coconut and chilli sauce and a pomegranate glazed lamb chop with pistachio nuts and feta. There’s even something for vegetarians with a refreshing salad of watermelon, mint and feta. Side dishes of cheesy chilli grilled sweetcorn as well as salsa nachos always go down well at barbecues too. If you have any room left for dessert, your spoilt for choice with a rich salted caramel banoffee or a raspberry dark chocolate brownie.
