O’Donnells have called upon the talents of an extended family member to make this Taste of Dublin even tastier!
Ed O’Donnells cousin Roz Purcell; foodie and “Natural Born Feeder” blogger, has created 4 nutritious, delicious dips to compliment O’Donnells crisps and this will be sampled at the O’Donnell’s Stand.
Roz will talk about her easy to make, delicious recipes at the O’Donnell’s Stand on Friday 17th June (6pm-9pm) and Saturday 18th June (6pm-9pm). Roz will be demonstrating how to get the best flavour from some simple ingredients as well as having the general chat!
The mouthwatering dips created are “Avocado, Cashew & Feta Dip, tasty Cashew Cheese Sauce, Roz’s colourful Savage Salsa and yummy Goats Cheese & Sweet Onion Dip.
Each of these make the perfect accompaniment to any O’Donnells crisp.
