Many Dublin dwelling foodies will already be familiar with the unique dining experience that Eatyard has to offer. If you’re a fan then we have great news for you, Eatyard are teaming up with Baileys for one weekend only to provide us with a chance to enjoy Baileys inspired desserts from some of the best international baristas, shakers, bakers and creamers. All of whom will be treating us to delicious sweet treats, which of course can and should be enjoyed alongside a delicious Baileys cocktail (Yum!) The event will take place from Friday the 10th of November – Sunday the 12th of November.

Zuko's Bakery

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Eatyard, they’re known for taking the Irish street food scene to new and exciting levels. The vibrant street food market is located next to The Bernard Shaw, a favourite hang-out for Dublin’s cool kids. Eatyard provides a dining experience like no other in Ireland, with a fantastic range of savoury and sweet dishes created by some of the countries most innovative chefs.

The line-up of those making the treats includes the team behind the Cruffin, San Francisco’s viral pastry sensation, Mr. Holmes Bakehouse and award-winning gourmet meringue and marshmallow makers Delish Melish. There’ll even be a churro food truck courtesy of MOLCi. The bar will offer a range of tasty “Don’t mind if I Baileys” drinks. These drinks range from the classic Baileys and ice to Baileys freak-shakes. Those who attend this amazing event can expect to try out some trendsetting desserts that aren’t just aesthetically pleasing but are delicious! There will be reimangined versions of signature desserts as well as new Baileys inspired concoctions.  Honestly, if this isn’t making your mouth water then I don’t know what will! If that’s not enough, there’ll be entertainment all weekend from live music, talks and demos from the inspirational makers and bakers.

Orla Nagle, Baileys Global Culture Manager commented: “As a small delicious treat, Baileys is very much centred on playful indulgence. We’re excited to see this come to life through our collaboration with the team at Eatyard. We’re inviting lovers of both Baileys and treats to come down and try the amazing creations made especially for Treatyard by some of the best Irish, British and American treat makers, shakers and bakers. From churros to croissants and Baileys cocktails to freakshakes, it’s set to be a weekend not to be missed!”

It’s not unlike Baileys to team up with international dessert makers, allowing us to indulge ourselves with a selection of inspired dishes. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to sample the luxurious treats on offer so make your way down to the Eatyard next month and treat yo self!

Baileys Treatyard will take place from 3-10pm on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 November and from 2-8pm on Sunday 12 November 2017.
