Pyaj Ko Pakoda

Slices of onion marinated with gram flour, cumin seeds, mild herbs, spices and then deep-fried.

Aloo Kerau Chatpat

Spicy potatoes and peas mixed with spring onions, ginger, fresh chillies, coriander and served in a papad bed.

Vegetable Bhaji

Freshly prepared seasonal vegetables battered in gram flour, corn flour and mild spices. Deep fried to golden colour.

Sakahari Samosa

Triangular shaped golden fried home-made pastry filled with flavoured mashed potato, green peas and cumin seeds.

Aloo Chop

Boiled potato mixed with onions, ginger, green chillies, cumin and fresh herbs dipped in batter and deep fried.

Achari Kukhura

Pieces of chicken breast marinated with seasonal herbs, pickled sauce, yoghurt and cooked in a clay oven.

Safron Kukhura Tikka

Tender pieces of chicken marinated with fresh herbs, saffron, yoghurt, mild spices and then skewered and cooked in Tandoor.

Tandoori Ku khura
