O’Donnells have called upon the talents of an extended family member to make this Taste of Dublin even tastier!

Ed O’Donnells cousin Roz Purcell; foodie and “Natural Born Feeder” blogger, has created 4 nutritious, delicious dips to compliment O’Donnells crisps and this will be sampled at the O’Donnell’s Stand.

image1-7Roz will talk about her easy to make, delicious recipes at the O’Donnell’s Stand on Friday 17th June (6pm-9pm) and Saturday 18th June (6pm-9pm). Roz will be demonstrating how to get the best flavour from some simple ingredients as well as having the general chat!

The mouthwatering dips created are “Avocado, Cashew & Feta Dip, tasty Cashew Cheese Sauce, Roz’s colourful Savage Salsa and yummy Goats Cheese & Sweet Onion Dip.

Each of these make the perfect accompaniment to any O’Donnells crisp.
