The CLIFF academy are hosting a variety of insightful one day masterclasses at Cliff at Lyons where attendees will learn new culinary skills and innovative ideas from industry experts, with a strong emphasis on seasonal produce. Every class is limited in numbers to offer the most intimate learning experience led by a member of the CLIFF kitchen team.

CLIFF Michelin star executive Chef Martijn Kajuiter will host a one of a kind ‘Irish Beef & Wagyu Masterclass’ collaborating with fifth generation craft butcher Pat Whelan.

The class gives attendees the opportunity to learn in-depth history and explore the origin of Wagyu beef prior to partaking in a cookery demonstration. Costing €150, it also features the art of deboning various cuts of meat and curating a farm to fork, ingredient led menu from two trade experts.

Christmas Masterclass

CLIFF resident chefs will host the perfect class to kick off the Christmas season. The ‘Christmas Masterclass’ will share creative tips, tricks and techniques to host the ultimate Christmas dinner.
For €120, this wonderful day will sprinkle the perfect ingredients to set you up this festive season.
CLIFF academy Masterclasses range from €60 to €150 per person. Subject to availability, upgrade to a reduced residential package for an additional €170, for an overnight stay in a stunning Lilypond Room at Cliff at Lyons on the evening of the cooking event.
