Breakfast Recipe: Muesli – This is great for anyone trying to cut back on processed foods – and it is super-fast to make too. You’ll be bursting with energy after this healthy brekkie.

(Serves 1)

You’ll need:

•    1 small apple, grated
•    1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
•    2 tbsp nuts
•    3 tbsp oats
•    Soya, oat, almond, hazelnut, hemp or rice milk to taste
•    Soya yoghurt – optional

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and serve. If you want a sweeter taste, try adding more dried fruit rather than any sugar. You can, of course, use other fresh fruit.
