Geoff Nordell, owner of Bow Lane, has brought in Gavin McDonagh as Executive Chef to run the food end of his award-winning craft cocktail bar. Along with General Manager Matt Dillon, Gavin will be re-inventing the menus, food and wine offering in the Aungier Street venue.
Gavin is best known for his innovative take on Irish food and use of prime, locally sourced produce. He will be bringing this knowledge to the menus at Bow Lane in both the restaurant and the bar.
Gavin has launched new a la carte and set menus to the restaurant and a new gastro-bar menu has been introduced in November.
Bow Lane’s weekend brunch menu has also had the McDonagh touch and the recent launch of the Bottomless Boozy Brunch on Saturdays has extended its appeal.
